How much snot can you blow out of one nose??? I have been blowing straight for a week and it just keeps coming...sorry for the nasty visual...

- I enjoy being outside whenever I can. Training for Xterra Triathlons allows me to do this. Xterra tris are offroad; they include a lake swim, mountain bike and trail run. I train on local trails in Newark, Delaware. Though they are flat, there is an extensive trail system.
